The requirement for simple, effective air filtration in air conditioning and ventilation systems is easily fulfilled by the use of Panel or V-Form Filters.

Kaleya’s range of panel filters are made with robust extruded aluminium frames. They can be custom made to suit your ventilation system with either a disposable or washable media. Panel filters are available in three thicknesses 8mm, 11mm or 25mm.

Air Conditioning Filters can be custom built to required size and utilising any range of filter medias.

Medias used in V-Form filters are supplied by Tontine Fibres and Freudenberg Viledon Fibres.

V-Form filters are constructed of pleated filter media enclosed within a one piece aluminium channel 45 mm wide.

The pleating of media enlarges total fibre surface area, increasing dust holding ability and reducing pressure drip.
