Construction:

Kaleya filters are a special heavy duty filter with excellent fat and oil retention characteristics. The frames are made of 0.8 mm formed aluminum sheets pop riveted together.

The media within the filter including the top and bottom pieces of aluminum mesh are made from expanded aluminum sheets (see picture).

The filter quality is far superior than the filter that originally came with your range hood due to the quality of material we use and the efficient construction methods implemented.

We can supply aluminium grease filters or charcoal filters in any size up to one metre and in three thicknesses 3mm, 8mm and12mm. For anything more than these three thickness, please refer to our Commercial Filter Section.

To order your filters simply measure your existing filter from end to end and make a note of the thickness. Let us know if you require a pull tab. You can order online, fax or by mail.

In the range hood filter industry there is no such thing as a standard size filter. With the number of brands on the market and all the different makes and models it makes it almost impossible to have a standard filter sizes.
